It is renowned for being easy to learn and implement, and for producing maximum results in minimum time, teaching defenses against empty hand attacks, rape scenarios, knives, guns, and every other threat. A typical class begins with a dynamic warm-up, then moves into striking techniques that lead into a self-defense scenario such as being choked, attacked on the ground, or threatened with a weapon. Stress drills focusing on performing the techniques under pressure are interspersed throughout the class. Our program is exhilarating, intense, and very satisfying!
