Fujiyama Sushi & Hibachi Sushi Restaurant ·$$

Fujiyama Sushi and Hibachi is a delightful place for kids as they get thoroughly entertained by the chefs who showcase their cooking with flair. Hibachi dinners are generally with a Japanese onion soup, salad, veggies, noodles, steamed rice and your choice entree which can be anything from chicken to seafood or beef. It's also a nice place to have sushi where you will find fresh fish being made into something truly creative and tasteful such as the Fuji Special Roll. For private events they have two separate hibachi rooms.

I want to start by saying we did not eat in the restaurant, and I recognize that a huge part of experiencing ambiance is eating inside. While the restaurant did an excellent job with takeout...

Slightly better ambiance than Benihana's. We chose the dining room because we weren't in the mood for the hibachi entertainment and noise. Food was good. Steak shrimp both a little overcooked....
