We've had 2 great round trip experiences with Payless 2 years in a row. Once going from Long Beach Airport to the Long Beach cruise terminal & this time going from LAX to San Pedro. They were easy to book with & picked us up promptly & communicated their whereabouts so we knew right where to go. There were 10 of us so worked perfectly for the van she drove & had room for all our luggage. Pleasant to talk to as well!

I was so very happy with my entire experience with Payless Shuttle Services, serving LAX, SNA, LGB airports. From the easiest reservation process, to the pick up at LAX and return to LGB airports, I had the best customer service, drivers, pricing, etc.. Our plane was delayed 2 1/2 hours, yet we were not delayed in being picked up, right at the curb outside of the baggage claim doors! Kim & Abraham were fantastic! I was impressed with their safe driving, navigation, courtesy. We had children & they provided the required carseats & boosters, no extra charge! We had 14 of us, which required 2 Shuttle vans. I have an electric mobility scooter, which easily fit. The prices were more than fair and competitive. Returning to Long Beach Airport was just as great. They said they'd be there at a certain time and they were. No waiting. Dropped off at the curb in front of the terminal. I will definitely use them again. I recommend them 100%. Thank you Kim & Abraham for such great service.

We booked transportation to the Long Beach cruise port from the Courtyard by Marriott Long Beach Airport.Our experience with our driver, Kim, today was not a positive one. Kim was 30 minutes late (which with the chaos at the port that day was understandable.) However, our experience went downhill from there. Instead of taking us to the Long Beach cruise terminal as was previously agreed on, she tried to drop us off at the far end of the Queen Mary in a parking lot. I told her that was unacceptable and insisted that she take us to the drop off point for the Panorama. She was visibly upset with me and kept trying to convince me that she couldn’t do that. Having paid a great deal for the service, I held my ground and insisted she take us to the proper place.She told me it would take two hours to get us to the drop off but in fact, it only took 20 minutes. Once we arrived at the place where the porters were waiting, Kim stopped the van, jumped out and took our luggage out of the back, throwing it on the ground. The porters were shocked at how she handled our luggage. I gave her the full amount of $150 which included a $25 tip but she certainly did not earn that day.Lesson learned, I won't be booking this shuttle service in the future. I've booked shuttle services in various cities for transportation to cruise ports and have never had a negative experience like this.

Driver was punctual, knew the area and was friendly. The prices are high but still better than any other shuttle service that we found in the area. Overall I would definitely recommend

We were quoted $135 for our trip. the van showed up and smelt terrible like urine. The woman drove so pourly we all got car sick. Upon drop off she charged us $190 after we paid cash tip (which she didnt deserve). when questioning the added charge they said it was $175. So nothing about the pricing adds up. Avoid to all extreme. For a CLEAN, accurate and professional service try anaheim town car service!!
