The staff are helpful and friendly. The gym is clean and has many options for getting the best workout. We will definitely return next year when we come back to FLA. People of all stages of fitness are welcomed too!!! I especially like the COVID 19 preventative measures...everyone wipes the machines between. A great gym

Everytime I'm in town I sign up to work out here. It's extremely clean and the employees are so friendly and helful! The owner, Anny, takes pride in keeping this gym beautifully clean and organized. The members also spray down and sanitize any equipment they use. And the best part is they have daily, weekly, monthly or yearly memberships so you can do whatever fits into your goals. I highly recommend it!!!!

We are annual visitors to North Redington Beach and been working out at this gym since it opened years ago. Staff always friendly, gym is clean (covid compliant) and all the machines, cardio equipment, weights and all else is in terrific shape and working order. Love this gym!

It may look small from the outside, but this gym has everything you could ever want or need. The owner, Anny, is so friendly and so helpful and all the members are courteous and respectful. The gym is extremely clean and members all wipe down the equipment after using it. I highly recommend it to anyone no matter what their fitness level.
