We weren't sure what to expect, but we all had fun and learned a lot about this city and it's sordid history. Kids got a bit spooked but all in all we enjoyed the experience. Darren was the guide and did an excellent job.

The tour guide was rude to tourists and then asked for tips constant interruptions by motorcyclists and loud music didn’t help.

It was very interesting. We learned a lot of really cool facts about the history of Hot Springs that most people probably had not heard. Our guide did a great job.

Don't waste your money or your time on this tour. The guide talked more about herself and told crude jokes rather than telling interesting haunting stories or any historical Hot Springs information. Apparently, the owner knows 13 different areas/sites to stop at, our guide said she only knows of 5, however this tour (6-18-22) only stopped at 4!

Our party of two adults really enjoy walking/ghost tours and decided to try this one. No reservations are necessary. You just show up at the ticket booth up to thirty minutes before the tour starts. Its reasonably priced, but is only about an hour long.It was fine, but our guide was not very good. She herself said she forgot to take her ADD medication and maybe that was the problem. She gabbed a lot about stuff that had nothing to do with Hot Springs, hauntings or supernatural occurrences. I mean, she talked about fireflies after one lit up near her. At least fifteen minutes of the one hour tour was her talking about completely unrelated stuff. During the walking time between sites. she looked at her phone instead of talking to participants about where they're from, hauntings they've experienced, other tours they've taken or whatever. She didn't seem open to answering questions at all. At least one couple just left the group after the second stop. Kind of wished we had as well.
