I wish I would of read the reviews here before renting an Airbnb at ocean gallery. I have rented thru ocean gallery twice, and found them really dirty. Housekeeping is appalling. Move a chair, look behind the TV, check your bed, you will find something you do not want to see. Guaranteed! Can't any of the owners provide a decent coffee pot? Haven't' seen one yet at ocean gallery. Dirty, rusted burners, it takes a solid 15 minutes for a pot of coffee. We stayed at 108 Premiere Vista. The review from 2023 is very accurate. Although there are hangers and extension cords. The bathtubs had mold, the faucets probably original to the unit. The blinds for the sliding door is missing a panel, so there is NO privacy! The wheels for sliding the door are completely wore out, its loud and hard to push open. You wouldn't want to open it if someone was still sleeping. I love having my coffee outside, but I also didn't want to disturb my family that were still sleeping. We found a triscuit and garbage in the frame of the bed. The frame is the 2nd bedroom, is about 3 bigger then the mattress. It is 2 twins put together, not actually a king bed. There is no where to put luggage in that room, so we used a day bed off the kitchen, a very small room, no doors, but they advertise it as an additional bed. They also said there were room darkening shades, that is not true, there are blinds and they are broken because you can't open them. The couch and kitchen table were fine but I wouldn't cook in that kitchen. Pantry doors are dirty, random crap in the pantry. The view is nice, you are looking at the dune, not the ocean, although you can see water if you are standing up. Its a quick walk to the beach. The vista pool is nice, but not much shade. The community pool is better for shade. I don't know if I will rent or use Airbnb again at ocean gallery. The main reason I like to stay there is because my family lives there so it's convenient to visit.

We really have appreciated our 1 month holidays to Ocean Gallery. We have rented in Florida since the last 12 years and Ocean Gallery has been on the top. Everything was excellent, clean, respectful people and courteous manner from everybody , helpful, very nice landscape and a quiet environment. St. Augustine is a very beautiful city with full of history.

Absolute disgrace how the employees of this establishment treat someone that was only trying to spread the word of care. Watch Honor Your Oath and be disgusted be these dummies !!!!$!!$!!!!!!!!$!!$!$$$!$$$$$$$!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PV108 is an ocean front condo on the 1st floor of Ocean Gallery. Its location is perfect for going to the beach or relaxing by the pool. However, the unit itself is not up to OG standards. Bathrooms...Toilet bowls were disgusting...mold under rims inside toilets for both. Toilet bowl brushes need to be replaced. Toilets in general are low to the ground and should be replaced. Bathroom sink stopper was broken. Shower handle had mold inside knob. Both shower knobs were hard to operate...they are old. Both bathrooms need updating.Master bedroom...Closet organizer was sticky and needs to be cleaned. Had to buy addional hangers at dollar store. King Mattress was uncomfortable. Ironing board was dirty and pad needs replacing. Spare bedroom...Had to buy additional hangers at dollar store. Could use a luggage rack. Need extension cords. Laundry...Washer and dryer need service - both make squeaky noises. Both plastic laundry baskets were broken...need to be replaced.Kitchen...Sink was held up by 2 boards (simply crazy). Ice maker not hooked up. Coffee pot is old...buy a keurig. Crumbs between stove and counter tops. Casing for bifold doors for closet was rusted. Decor...Too much clutter.Patio...Metal casings around sliding glass doors and screens need to be replaced.WILL NOT GO BACK

THE OCEAN GALLERY REVIEW: 310 PREMIER VISTA WAY In planning for our one week yearly summer beach getaway to St. Augustine, we came across a lovely beach condo at the Ocean Gallery. It was the most expensive rental place for us so far (over $3000), but it had a beautiful view of the beach and looked very nice in the pictures. What we found upon arriving was the exact opposite of what was in the ad. All of the things wrong should have been caught if the complex was managed well and they checked each unit BEFORE it was rented to the next guest! Let me list the many things that we found:The bathroom sink in the second bath barely drained.Th toilet in the second bathroom was loose and the maintenance people said they needed to replace it, so to be very careful in using it.The toilet in the first bathroom ran all the time.The screen porch screen was off its track.The closet door was also off track.The door to the patio was broken and could not be locked.Broken baseboard pulled away from the wall in the main bedroom.Old, stained, and torn furniture on the patio. (I have a great picture).Along with all of these problems, the kitchen and the glass patio doors were SO FILTHY that we had to go out and buy cleaning supplies to wash the doors and cabinets in the kitchen before we would consider putting our food in the cabinets or enjoying the patio. Because it was LABOR DAY WEEKEND, we were not able to talk to the management the day that we arrived. So we enjoyed St Augustine as best we could, but a few days before we left, we spoke to Anne, the manager of the Ocean Gallery. We were very unsatisfied with her response...that is the main reason I wanted to let other renters know that this company is ONLY interested in getting your money but not in keeping you happy! It should be the responsibility of the rental company to check our each unit BEFORE it is rented! The renter should not have to bring such a long list to the management while they are trying to enjoy their one-week beach vacation! This is NOT THE TRUE GEM that I always look for and I would say RENTERS BEWARE OF THE OCEAN GALLERY!! It is NOT MANAGED WELL!!!
