Awful company! They left me at the airport at midnight on a fully payed $250 reservation! Never answered the phones, never returned calls, never refunded the money. I was forced to file a dispute with my CC company.

Booking was interesting and not the most professional. The limo driver arrived on time but didn’t seem very concerned about the passengers. It was raining and he didn’t offer to cover them with an umbrella. I had given the staff the address to dinner and he frustratingly asked where he was going. He dropped the party off 2 blocks from the destination and demanded they walk because he could not turn the limo around-in the rain and formal dresses. When the party arrived home all the guys had dark dirt stains in the backs of their shirts. The only thing we can deduce was it came from the seats. Nothing worked in the limo, tv, coolers, etc and they weren’t allowed to use the glassware- from covid concerns they said. The driver never put the privacy window up. This was their first time in a limo and he should have told them to ask if they wanted it up. Overall, he got them where they needed to be but we will NOT be using this company again. If we had wanted to have the group walk to dinner we wouldn’t have paid so extravagantly for a hummer limo. No regard for the comfort of the passengers. Find another company and read all reviews.
