Blue's Egg is only open for breakfast, but it lasts until 2pm and it has one of the best breakfast menus in the city. They are known for their signature stuffed hash browns in which some of the selections include chicken & chorizo, roasted mushroom and creamy leeks or aged provolone. Each one is amazing and this is only the savory side of the menu, the pancakes and french toast options are perfect for that sweet tooth.
