tripadvisorAwesome store, great prices. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Wish they had a store on the east coast of Florida. Can't wait to go back.
MoreI have never had a customer service experience as horrible as this one in my life. The woman checking me out yesterday (April 12th) was incredibly rude and combative for absolutely no reason. The woman accused me of rushing because I said I’d put my earrings in my bag (to save them a bag) and when I said I wasn’t, she said “yes you are you grabbed them from me”. All I did was I simply picked them up off the counter because obviously she shouldn’t be touching my bags to put them in. Her tone was aggressive and she continued to double down on her ridiculous accusations. Even my husband said she was insanely rude and wanted to stay and talk to the manager. The woman said the manager wasn’t in and took down my name and number to call me, but I’m guessing it got “lost” because I never got a call. The woman was shorter, tan, with grayish black hair and a slight accent. Your Google reviews reflect this as well, and I will certainly never come back.
MoreMy mother in law is aware of my bracelet addiction and took me to visit since everything in the store is only $10. HUGE selection of all kinds of jewelry. Great for inexpensive gift, souvenir for yourself or family/friend, or just to add to your bracelet collection. I bought so many bracelets, I had to buy another stand to hold all of them. They seem to be good quality for inexpensive jewelry - looking forward to return when we visit the area again. Wish the shop was bigger - tight quarters with so many customers. Staff was helpful and polite.
MoreThe staff is by far the rudest I have ever encountered. I was there this evening and had my customer loyalty card with me (which is just a business card designed to hold punches). I had been in a couple of times without my original card on me, so the cashier gave me a new one. This evening I presented the cashier with three loyalty cards, the punches on which totaled a free item. I was buying other items as well, but the cashier took one look at the three cards, glared at me, huffed, and acted as though it was the biggest inconvenience of her day that my punches were on three cards. She finally took them without saying a word to me and began ringing up my purchases in an angry manner. When the jewelry breaks (and it will) definitely don't ask them if they will fix it. Not only will they refuse, they will act as though you are a terrible person for even asking. The jewelry is cute and the prices are cheap but if you want anything even remotely resembling customer service, go to Charming Charlie. Or any of the number of other cute, inexpensive jewelry stores in the local beach towns.
MoreIf you looking for fashionable and inexpensive gifts while your visiting the area stop in here! All the jewelry is $10 and there is a great selection.
