We phoned ahead to order a cab for 9:45 am, explaining we had a Covid test (needed only for travel, we have no symptoms) nearby at a pharmacy at 10:00 and we could not be late. Our cab did not come and when we phoned to ask about it, we were just told we should phone the pharmacy and let them know we would be late. At 10:40 we had already missed our first appointment and were in danger now of missing a second medical appointment for 11:15 so we gave up and took an Uber directly to the second appointment. We were grateful to the pharmacy that was very accommodating about still giving us our test, even though we finally got there two hours late. I cannot understand why this company would promise to help us when they clearly could not. Disgusting and very stressful experience. Do not rely on them to actually pick you up.

Boyfriend was stranded in reno and i was all the way in bethany all because of an ice storm. Well I googled 24hr cab services and this was my only option. I called the they where nice. Long story short my bf did get picked up and they gave the number of the cab driver because i didnt use the app. Yes it is a bit pricy and the weren't quite accurate on arrival time but for a 24hr service willing to go that distance not bad.

Waited over an hour after being told it would be only 20 minutes. Never did arrive. I have not had any success using them several times the last two years. The primary culprits been not arriving anywhere close to the agreed upon time.

Our hotel in Bricktown called Thunder Cab when we required taxi service. Our driver, Armoni like the designer only not spelled the same and not as rich as he joked, was amazing. He drove us to several different locations including a short trip into a local Wal-mart. When we came out, he was assisting a stranded driver with two small kids in the car with a battery jump. Talk about a nice guy. He wasn't available at 5am the next day to take us to the airport, so he sent his brother who was there 15 minutes early! We are so grateful to have met him and will only use Armoni and Thunder Cab when visiting OKC.
