A variety of 50+ yoga classes per week, offering everything from beginner to advanced yoga classes, as well as specialty classes such as restorative, yin, slow flow, foundations, ashtanga, and classes with live music. Our retail boutique offering everything from yoga & casual street wear clothing for men & women, and a wide assortment of accessories, jewelry, home decor, yoga gear and gift items, featuring many fair trade & eco friendly products. We also offer yoga teacher trainings and veterans can apply through the GI bill for tuition reimbursement for our teacher trainings. Veterans should inquire through the department of Veteran's Affairs. Free parking is available at the Doubletree hotel, just a short walk from the studio. Parking tickets will be validated in the studio!
