The crosstown Concourse was a Sears distribution hub for a long time. Now, it’s renovated into a multi used space where there are shops and eateries on the ground floor, an art gallery, a movie theater that does mostly old classics, a gym , a high school, and so much more. The top levels are apartments for rent. Park in the parking lot for the brewery next-door so you don’t have to pay. A great space to wander for an afternoon or evening!

A very eclectic place to hang-out. Artsy, modern place.1. Dining options: Farmburger, Global Cafe are our fave.2. Art Gallery open to everyone.3. Inviting, wide open space for a quiet afternoon.

Had the Corned Beef Reuben, and it was perfect for this NYer. Buttered fried rye bread was a great twist on this classic. Very friendly and welcoming team too.

I'm sure the management of this place is still pursuing other retailers and businesses to occupy the former Sears building. Inside it is spacious and has lots of seating available for hanging out. The restaurants and cafes are sparse, but if you're hungry there's something to be had. There's a mini market as well to grab n go snacks and drinks. I enjoyed the art work surrounding the building and the pictures showing before/after Sears. I think it's worth checking out, but for now it's just an OK place for me.

The Crosstown Concourse offers a great mix of dining and entertainment alongside other businesses & residences. The splash pad is fun for kids & Mempops are delicious.
