Shoes galore and even a nice selection, but way too overpriced! Everything is more expensive in Alaska, but these prices are borderline crazy!

I love stores like this, but since I was here on vacation, I was on limited funds and suitcase space, so had to settle for trying on shoes and drooling over them, but couldn't buy any, even though they had tons of pairs on sale. The sales guy was nice, he left me alone to do my thing and wasn't one of those pesky hoverers. If you like shoes and outdoor clothes, you have to check out this store!

I’ve been to the Anchorage Mall twice and I’ve never been to any other store in the mall other than the Alaska Walking Store. There are two stores in the mall—one of the 3rd floor which is small and one on the Atrium level which is huge! The clerks at the 3rd floor store kept going downstairs to get sizes and so I asked if the store room was downstairs and they told me that it was another whole store. Wahoo! Great selection of Uggs and North Face jackets and coats, various hats and a great sale rack. I didn’t see any kids sizes—all men and women.
