We specialize in Shotokan Karate. We also teach a mixture of Judo, Jujitsu, Aikido and Kenpo. We also provide a women's warrior self defense class as well as Mixed Martial Arts Classes. We offer children's classes starting at the age of 4. We also have classes for teens and adults.
