I have been a Texas-licensed and nationally-certified professional home inspector since 2002, following many years of house construction and remodeling experience. I provide home inspections for home buyers, home sellers, builders warranty expiration, home maintenance, and new construction. My focus is on providing exceptional service for my clients before, during, and after home inspections. In addition to providing a thorough but balanced approach to inspecting homes, I strive to educate my clients on how to maintain their homes long after the home inspection. This is done in part via newsletter, as well as being their "Inspector For Life", which means that I am available to my clients anytime after the home inspection at no extra charge. A complimentary Recall Chek report is always provided, which notifies clients of potential safety recalls of appliances and mechanical items in their homes, as well as information on how to get them repaired for free.
