I spent a night here while doing work in the area. Exterior of the hotel is nice and the lobby is inviting. They have court yard that’s in the middle of the hotel with 4 smaller hot tubs. With plenty of seating. The room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Nice size TV. Was pretty quiet overnight. The only complaint was the light on the fridge lit up the room. Was nice as a night light but not great if you like total dark for sleeping.

DO NOT BOOK!!! For a hotel with 4.2 stars I think goes more to the lobby than the rooms if I’m being honest. Although the staff is nice I booked a jacuzzi room for my stay, upon getting in the room the smell was the first thing that hits you, I have a mold allergy as well as asthma, there was SEVERE water damage on the ceiling the jacuzzi had scuff marks and scratches the wallpaper was peeling as well as the vents were halfway hanging out of the ceiling I SPOKE TO DEAN THE MANAGER he only offered $20 as compensation I don’t think for the price paid $20 was suitable compensation I checked in around midnight and it took about half an hour to get my room switched over however traveling for a while and checking in to this to only be given $20 is not right 20% would’ve been better

Should of read the last reviews. What a poorly run place. The breakfast was horrendous.Dennys gives a better product. The coffee must of been the cheapest quality available.Didn't feel the vive upon checking in.Not very welcoming . Common areas need a deep cleaning.Motel Six does better.

I have mixed reviews on our stay. Esthetically the place was gorgeous . Rates are more than fair and most of the staff was very friendly. We had a three night stay in total on two separate occasions at the Fargo location. The first two nights were wonderful and we truly enjoyed our stay so we decided to returned a few days later and was disappointed. We checked in very late and we were exhausted. We noticed the shower was broken and water would spray in all directions soaking the floor, the toilet seat was broken to where it would slide back and forth when you sat on it, the curtain had dry rotted holes in it where light would shine through and the TV wouldn’t let us access channels. When I brought this to the attention of the manager he said I should’ve asked for maintenance. I explained we were extremely tired and just wanted to sleep rather then wait for a maintenance guy to fix all of these issues. He then denied the room had issues and reminded me that we were given a discount price. All I have to say is when it comes to this hotel you get what you get and if you have issues then you will be expected to eat them. I don’t care about the wasted stay. The fact that I was treated like a liar and blown off really sealed the deal for me.

Friends went and they embarrassed them by telling they couldn’t go live .. it’s what they do for a living! They were only filming themselves no one else .. they are rude and treat people like crap
