The Conduit center offers a unique journey through sound and relaxing music while you simply sit or lay down and relax in a group setting. Everything is provided for, you don't have to bring any pillows or blankets or padding, they are very accommodating. Throughout the hour long concert, they use ancient singing bowls, crystal bowls, bells, flute, hand pans and other worldly instruments. I experienced the meditation concert laid back in a zero gravity lounge chair. It was a sound journey surrounded by multi-tonal gongs that produced these amazing harmonics automatically taking me to a dream like state. My body and mind went far away from the distractions and noise of every day life into this state of pure bliss. Every muscle in my body relaxed, and all the things I had been stressing about melted away. Definitely recommend you try it sometime!
