Great customer service from Sean, Donnie and Jennifer. Stayed 3 days. Room was comfortable and bed was great. Loved the location as had restaurant and gas close. Good breakfast and nice quiet stay.

I stayed in this hotel in 2023. It has most everything that you need. Breakfast and good coffee. The room is spacious, particularly if you’re getting a handicap or mobility room. The bed is very comfortable with lots of pillows and nice linens. The towels are good. The water pressure in the shower could be a little bit better. And my only complaint is that the hot tub was not working well. Somebody did not turn on the right switch, so the first night I was there,it was not working at all and it was cold the first night. The 2nd night, they said it was working, so I went downstairs to find people in it, but it was barely warm. The hotel is very clean. I had to get ice on the first floor because the third floor ice machine was not working. They also said the second floor elevator was not working either. I believe the Hotel is aging and I can see it in some of the furniture, so there may need to be some replacement or refreshing. A couple of the front desk people were absolutely wonderful. I didn’t see any name tags on anyone so I don’t know their names. My son lives in the area and coaches at Hendrickson High School. So I come every once in a while to see a basketball game.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED IN ONE PLACE. FITNESS CENTER, INDOOR POOL, HOT TUB, AND FREE BREAKFAST. ROOMS ARE NICE AND CLEAN. SMELLS GOOD! YOU CAN TELL THEY TAKE CARE OF THE HOTEL! AND WE ARE RIGHT BY SEVERAL RESTAURANTS IN ADJACENT PARKING LOTS THAT YOU CAN WALK TOO!

This may not be ranked as a 5 star hotel but it feels like a 5 star hotel. The staff greeted me with genuine warmth and hospitality, making check-in seamless and pleasant. Every team member I encountered during my stay went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Robby @ the front desk went above and beyond to ensure I was able to have a secure business meeting at 3am as I was talking to colleagues in Europe. The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable. Must stay!!!!

Front desk super nice and helpful. Jennifer was really kind. They let us check in early like 10am and didn't even charge an extra day... We were prepared to pay if needed. Also allowed late check out at 1200. Pool is small but my 11 year old still had fun in it. I really enjoyed the hot tub.Fitness center has 3 machines, treadmill, elliptical, bike, and weights The room was big spacious with a couch and closet for clothes. Room was clean.Breakfast is super basic bare minimums... Make your own waffle or oatmeal. They have eggs and sausage every day in the buffet... Really wish they would have changed it up... We stayed there 4 days. They had orange juice, coffee, yogurt and apples. I sort of expected the fruit to change too but just apples .... But was ok for the price we paid for the room. There is a Taco Cabana, Cheddars, and Mas Fajitas with in walking distance for other food options. Overall we would stay here again.
