This hotel is filthy, went to the manager on check out and was told that I didn’t tell them so they could not do anything about it. Then I when I told them I was going to leave a bad review I was told well I’ll make sure I respond and tell you didn’t give us a chance to fix anything. We left at 9 in the morning, no maid touched our rooms we returned at 3 in the afternoon. The sheets were dirty on our beds. I got a room with a sofa bed and requested a roll away. At first the receptionist would only give me sheets for the beds. I called ahead and requested the roll away and sofa bed be ready. I was told I had to wait till we checked in. I understand that. However I had to argue to get blankets for the beds. I was told they only have enough comforters for each bed they had no extras! Then I was told that they launder every comforter from every room in the hotel every day. After seeing how bad the cleaners did I doubt that. When confronted on check out I was told by the lady that there was nothing they could do! Beach I “chose” to not say anything. Last time I did that I was asked to leave a hotel. This place did not give me the oh I’m sorry vib.

Rude unprofessional. Attitudes that need to be left elsewhere. Disrespectful towards my elder parents. As they Both were crippled ,...Never returning !

Awful Hotel, room smelled of cat pee and Front Desk Sraff would not move us or comp us. Unruly Army guys howling at a howling dog at 2 am, banging on door. Asst Manager faulted me for not calling front desk who couldn’t manage a roomchange but could handle 3 drunks? RoomPhone inoperable. No one manning cameras 24-7.

The kiosk asked me to sign, but NEVER showed me what IU was signing,The other kiosk never asked the questions usually asked at checking., again just sign.Never acknowledged our Choice membership.Some of her replies where out of line – see below.The room had bulbs burnt out.The telephone does not work and the lobby never answered my call from my cell.Walked to lobby and she had no bulbs in lobby or storage area and told me > people steal them. We raided another room, #120. 1st lamp we looked at had no bulbs – LOL Did not replace all bulbs in room. She also blamed maintenance.When to hang up cloths, no hangers. Again, no answer from my cell, so again I walked up to lobby. Asked for coat hangers was told > people steal them so we eliminated them – pathetic answer.Hot outside and NO WORKING ICE MAKER. Was told I could buy some ice – what did I pay for to stay here??Cover [about 5 ft long] over bathroom lights in corner. See pictures.The sink was missing the stopper. No cover on the exhaust fan. When my wife try to take the hair dryer down it came out of the wall.I went to use restroom, toilet not screwed down and it dropped and moved. Made loud sound when you sat down. During the night it leaked so we threw down a towel, so we had no towels in the morning. This is the 1st time for toilets!Too tired to fight anything by now after 700+ miles drive.Shameful that Choice has so little quality control – hire me, I have done this for major worldwide hotels and resorts.At 22:16 Front desk clerk pounded on our door. Woke up my wife. She wanted to know if we had a dog. We own no animals, on way to Disney World for 2 weeks.This place is getting worse by the minute.Wi-Fi was so bad that we ended up using our Hotspot.Went to bed and it had a thin metal solid frame. When you get on it makes a metal crackling sound. Every time you get in and out of bed. Are there NO STANDARSDS for beds in Choice?BreakfastTwo people sitting at the desk and neither would push the button to let us into the locked lobby door for breakfast. Got key so we could get in. Why it was not unlocked when breakfast started is beyond common sense.Look OK, but that was it.Eggs where some type of thin circle stacked together like sliced meat and were hard to separate to just take one. Once you did they were cold! The sausage looked good but again, it was cold. They had biscuits and gravy, but you guessed it gravy was cold. Told staff and the plugged in the small crock pot. No way were we going to wait till it MIGHT warm up. Most likely the reason everything was cold was, was because they placed everything under the coldest vent in the room with the A/C going.I did not see any fruit drink, fruit, bakery items. yogurt, butter, bread etc. The best thing were the waffles.After decades of being Choice members we have noticed Choice properties are going down in quality. I am aware they are individually owned, but the fly the Choice flag and should meet minimum standards. Maybe it’s time to look at other brands.After this stay I want a refund or adjustment!

Cleanliness is definitely an issue. The bedding had blood on it and wasn't changed by housekeeping.Which is concerning to us. The toilet wasn't cleaned. However, staff was very friendly. Breakfast was decent. There was a variety. Easy check in and out.
