My wife and I went on a Segway tour while visiting in West Palm Beach. We had been on several other segway tours but had never been to West Palm Beach before and thought it would be a fun way to see a little bit of the area. The tour was great, and although our timing wasn't so good because there were a lot of crowds there for the Boat Show at the time, we had a very enjoyable 2 hour tour around the downtown area and over at Palm Beach Island. Our tour guide, Diego, was very informative and was very careful to keep the small tour group safe. All in all, it was an enjoyable experience.

Diego was an excellent tour guide. We learned SO much about Palm Beach on this tour. The segways are easy to use, they give you instructions and practice inside the building and then off you go. They segways are equipped with headsets so you can hear him. You get views of palm beach you wouldn't see on your own and awesome stories to go with it! You also make a stop at the sculpture garden and library. We were a group of 5 - 2 Adults, 3 kids - 11, 13, 16 - all had prior Segway experience. We called ahead to explain and they allowed us to bring the younger two after assessing their skill on the segways.

Joe was a great tour guide. He made sure everybody was safe, knowledgeable on how to proceed on the Segway, and accounted for at all times. He made the tour funny and made sure that he always had an interesting tidbits throughout the tour.

Terrific experience! Broadway Joe, our guide, made the tour. He was entertaining, interesting and informative. This is a must do tour, especially if you’ve got older teens. My seventeen year old loved it. Just go ahead and book this tour, it’s worth it.

Fun informative tour. Broadway Joe was a great guide, knows his history of the area, very personable. Takes pictures along the way of your group. A lot of fun and definitely worth it!
