tripadvisorOur driver was excellent, military veteran vest jacket. He gave a well-informed tour of the history of Cheyenne and the important people that made the city through the years. We stopped at various sites, and he sounded like a teacher in disguise. This experience is perfect for those with walking difficulties and the trolley even has a lift gate for a wheelchair,
MoreThis was such a fun thing to do. Darrell was the best guide, he shared lots of interesting facts and made the tour delightful. We would recommend it highly, great way to see the city and learn fun facts .
MoreWe weren't sure what places of interest to visit... so took the trolley to learn a little about Cheyenne. Darrell was a fantastic tour guide. He was knowledgeable and provided some historical info and fun 'facts'! I would definitely recommend.Just an FYI... it was a warm day and the trolley's a/c is lacking.
MoreI have a mixed review. My husband and I enjoy the city tours rather than driving around not knowing what we are looking at or any of the history about an area we’ve never visited. Our guide was informed and shared some good information and stories about Cheyenne but we were not completely satisfied with her. The first negative was that the tour was to begin at 3:00 but the trolley did not arrive until about 3:15. We sat at the depot while a late arrival left his wife on the trolley and went inside to purchase their tickets. We did not depart the depot until about 3:30. The guide was engaging and informative until a small baby on the trolley became fussy. She was not distracting anyone except our guide. So much so that our guide actually stopped the tour, opened the door and told the family of 4 that the baby was probably hot and needed some air. Then she proceded to tell them they did not have to get off but could if they wanted to. We sat there for several minutes then our guide commented that we were getting back early but she was finished. She pulled into the depot opened the door and we were done at about 4:10. Long story longer-we pai $40 for a 90 minute tour that lasted 45 minutes or less.Other than this, it would have been a very nice, enjoyable tour.
MoreSue and Darrell were great. Very knowledgeable. Recommend.
