I booked a taxi 10 hours prior to my pick up time because they were recommended by the hotel. I was 5 minutes away from the airport my flight was at 8:30, plenty of time, right? Nope, the driver showed up at 7:33 despite the desk agent calling at 7:05 and reminding them that someone was waiting for a 7 am pickup. I missed my bag check-in and that led to me having to reschedule my flight and pay an extra $100 to fly 12 hours later. Do not use this service if you have to be somewhere within a window of time. 10 hours notice is plenty of time for someone to show up on time. The person who answered the phone had the nerve to suggest that I wasn't there when their driver showed up. I sent him away because the Lyft driver was 1 minute away and I had already paid for it because I didn't think anyone was showing up. This is the worse taxi service I have ever used.

King He was an absolute professional, and very pleased with his proficiency and knowledge of the town. Great guy.

Our first ride was with a guy named Glen and he was wonderful, our ride was incredibly reasonable and I used my credit card for payment without any problem. I then had a taxi ride from Broadway on the Beach back to our hotel --Hampton Inn and Suites. I do believe the driver took a long route to make more money because our ride earlier in the day was significantly cheaper and we had more passengers on that trip. Also, when we reached our destination, he stated Where's my money? I handed him my credit card (which I used a credit card for my ride earlier in the day) and he said, You don't have cash? He did not take my credit card nor did he give me my change because I think he thought he deserved a tip. It was never mentioned to me on any phone call that I was required to use cash. I was very unhappy with our service.

We needed several rides, and our driver Paul was so nice and accommodating. He even drove us to the pharmacy to get our covid tests, which was tedious. We had plans and our Ubur never showed. Absolute got to us fast. Our driver was named Ross.... was without a doubt one of the nicest people we’ve ever met. He personally picked us up every night within 10 minutes of us calling. Amazing customer service. Very clean cab and not sure how but it always smelled amazing. Best driver we’ve ever had and we highly recommended Absoulute Taxi.
