So many good things to say about this hotel. Excellent staff. Skylar is amazing. Very professional, and welcoming. She made me feel at home. Great location downtown. Near tons of shops, restaurants, and more. The bed and pillows were amazing. Often overlooked but, important for a great stay. Thanks to Skylar, Tyler, and the westin team.

MoreI say here regularly with work and must of stayed at least 30 times.This is great downtown hotel and I always have a great nights sleep here. The pool deck is great and always quiet, you can take drinks from the bar up there. The restaurant and bar is good, the outdoor area is very AZ - fire pits, cactus, wicker chairs, I love it. The rooms are large, a king bed or two queens, floor to ceiling window, huge TV, mini fridge, tea/coffee and a safe. The bed is super comfy and a clean modern bathroom. There is parking but it’s expensive, I recommend one of the local lots, there are plenty.The downtown Phoenix area is good, a large selection of restaurants and bars and an easy walk to the baseball and basketball stadiums. 25min drive from PHX airport.
MoreReally well located for downtown Phoenix staff friendly and helpful rooms massive some have showers, some have bath with shower. Great views of the mountains at sunrise, gym good with really good equipment. Vending machine in lobby for those essentials you might have forgotten.
MoreWe were here for my son's volleyball tournament and had a great stay. We had reserved a 2-queen room through the tournament organizer and were given a corner room (I am titanium on Bonvoy) that was extremely spacious and worked well for three people. The lounge breakfast buffet was fantastic and had lots of options. The hotel gym was solid. The lobby restaurant / bar was good as well. My only complaint was tat the lounge had this machine for making individual coffees (like just regular coffee) that was a huge bottleneck on the first day of the tournament, when the lounge was very crowded. But the hotel remedied this by having coffee urns ready on the second and third days - good adjustment.
