The quality of everything from ambiance to the massage was fantastic. Even the tea they serve is delicious! I highly recommend.

I last wrote about this Spa years ago before the pandemic. Thought it may be helpful to update the review during the pandemic. Like so many Spas, the locations across NVA wre shut down and even when restrictions were lifted, the owners took time beofre re-opening with information about precautions for its customers and staff. For all customers, on entering there is sanitizer, and face masks to use. At the front desk everone is required to fill out an information sheet and temperatures are taken (BTW many PT entities don’t even do this much). There are very clean restrooms to use with sanitizer, soap and towels. The rooms were always and still are very clean and the masks are utilized by client and staff. I lost my last therapist Jane sho returned to Thailand and am fortuate to use my wife’s favorite therapist Kamon. Satff are great with Nae who always has the patiience to deal with my many chages, Cocoa and one of the owners Uma. I have not visited other locations but given my experience at this Sterling location (opposite Cascades Shopping Center and adjacent to the Post Office) would highly recommend Thai Origina Spa.

Many of these woman have been trained in traditional Thai massage in Thailand. Thai massage is more like stretching than Swedish massage. It is done fully clothed usually on a mat on the floor. In Thailand massage is part of the Thai medical community, akin to physical therapy. Although you will benefit from one massage, a number of massages are recommended because you have muscle memory. Your massage therapist will attack the immediate problem and provide relief (you might be sore for a day or two) but believe me, it will take a few sessions to completely work out the kinks. And trust some of these woman have been doing this all their lives and although their English may not be good they know bones, tendons and muscles and what therapies to use. They care for every one of their clients and take their job seriously.

Nice location (near metro stop) and good parking (garage). Excellent customer service. We've had Thai Euro massages, Indian Head massages, and facials ... all were wonderful! Highly recommend :-)

I visited this spa while I was out of town for training. I squeezed in a 30 minute massage and it was one of the best 30 minutes of my week. I don't normally like massages but it was much needed. Meya did a fabulous job. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of location. It was in a corporate business center on the bottom floor which threw me off. However once I found the place, it was nice and quiet.
