I purchased a Grand Seiko watch for $2500 that came with a (5) year warranty from Dan Broadfoot of this store in January 2020. Seven months later the crown stopped working properly. I sent it to Seiko USA for warranty repair and they made multiple excuses why they wouldn't honor their warranty and their repair estimate was $845. Seiko deflected me back to the retail store. I sent the watch to the store and Dan deflected me back to Seiko. He did offer a discounted $695 repair but I refused and he emailed me that I can fly to Texas to pickup the watch or pay for the shipping back to me. He held the watch for five months before returning it to me and I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in February 2021 which he ignored. Finally, I filed a Small Claims case and won a judgement against the retailer as you can see attached. For Seiko making multiple excuses why they wouldn't honor their warranty, not specifying that the crown isn't covered in their warranty, and the manufacturer and retailer deflecting back on each other is unacceptable. The Judge agreed with me. I wasted two years of my life dealing with this and I strongly recommend you don't purchase anything from this store or Dan Broadfoot.
