We make our homemade injera/bread fresh daily using only the finest Teff (gluten free grain). What really sets us apart from the rest is the way we prepare our meat dishes. We use a unique method of cooking the meat purified butter(ghee). We also make our own fresh cheese using the highest quality butter & whole milk.
