The first thing that will grab your attention after you enter the Dig is the paper chandelier hanging from the ceiling just above the counter. Located in the buzzing neighborhood of Dogpatch, DigWineSF has a very barn-like, basic decor with neatly arranged wine bottles on wooden racks. You will find a variety of white and red wines of different origins. Looking for something in your budget? All the prices are hand-written with chalk on the bottles for easier selection. Call ahead or check their website to know about their regular wine tastings.
