Savard Labor and Marine is a personnel and contract labor agency that specializes in providing its clients with skilled and unskilled blue collar labor. Unlike agencies which promise too much and rarely deliver, Savard has a proven track record of increasing client efficiency and reducing labor costs by providing highly screened, safety-conscious personnel. Savard also uniquely carries the highest level of required insurance coverage to meet the demands of its dock-side and offshore clients. Savard employees are available 24/7 for dispatch locally or around the world. You'll find our personnel on a wide range of worksites, working for small two-man operations on up to Fortune 500 companies. Savard focuses solely on blue collar employment needs because it's what we do best. We have a database of more than 10,000 potential employees ready to work. We can meet client demands throughout the country 24 hours a day, seven days a week and 365 days a year. We also take great care of our employees providing job-site specific benefits packages and temporary job placement that oftentimes results in full-time employment with our clients. Savard team members take pride in providing custom service and solutions to each of our clients' specific personnel needs. We've become a leader in both land and marine labor with hundreds of employees on worksites throughout the country at any given time.
