tripadvisorNice and clean open park. Very close to the Pier. Good views of downtown. I recommend a nice stroll through it. Also it is close to many different vendors, places to eat and a parking.
MoreNorth Straub Park, Downtown St Pete-sculptural Banyan Trees, iconic landmarks known for their sprawling aerial roots, offering shade and a unique photo opportunity with views of the waterfront and Tampa Bay. These impressive trees, possibly planted around the 1930s from seedlings gifted to Thomas Edison by Harvey Firestone, are a central feature of the park, alongside other plantings like the Bombax tree near the Museum of Fine Arts.
MoreWe preferred walking south; however we walked twice daily through this park located near the pier and marina, and to many fine restaurants
MoreMe and my two boys love visiting this little park. Walking around and looking at all the cool trees and looking at the water. So relaxing and calm place to hang out.
MoreExcellent park. We had a nice evening there. Close to great restaurants, museum and all the other attractions.
