The office is pretty good, I respect the workers' professionalism, their welcoming, and their preciseness. I do recommend them.

Was helpful and explained everything in detail Friendly nice ask us if their was anything we didn't understand he would explain on a different way. Ask if there was anything else we needed to know.

Called the SS office this morning. Recording said the wait time was 100 minutes... I've now waited 165 minutes... this is such bullshit!!! Their website claims these wait times have improved......

This is a typical government office filled with non caring employees that just don't care about your issues. They know they can't or won't be terminated for their inconsiderate and rude behavior...
