The Power Washing technique we use to clean most surfaces is called Soft Wash Power Washing. The reason we use Soft Wash Power Washing to clean is because most of what we clean is actually organic staining and growth. If you don't use a soap blend that is designed to kill organic growth it will come back very quickly and the surface will not come as clean.
