My mother, who is almost 80, took me for a massage in December 2024. She didn't realize they signed her up for monthly services. After almost 16 months of them charging her monthly we noticed on her card a monthly charge. They never called, emailed or anything about the fact that it had been 16 months and no one had come. So I called them and asked them to immediately stop charging her card. I didn't ask for a refund or anything, since it was our fault we didn't notice it on her credit card, but when I called that month to find out about the accumulated monthly massages, they said that because we had canceled the account they would not honor any of the 16 months of massages we had paid for. Completely criminal in my opinion. When I explained the situation, they said if I started up a new account where they would again charge me monthly, they would possibly give me one free month if their manager agreed. Disgusting.

After calling and cancelling with MESSAGE ENVY they proceeded to not properly cancel the appointment and after calling to fix the miscommunication, they proceeded to act as if my husband was lying about cancelling because they didn't have record of it and he stated he did have a call history showing he called. They proceeded to say, instead of only charging 50% of the bill it will be a full 100% of the bill. She was very disrespectful and didn't handle the situation right at all. Stress free is not what this location gives. They are awful women who think stressing out their customers is funny since a few of the workers were laughing and smiling. If you want to go to a place that actually care do not go to this place. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Absolutely awful. They also say the owner doesn't care either how his customers are treated.

If you are one who gets a few massages a month this is the place to go. As a member which is 60 bucks a month. That's the price of a massage pretty much everywhere. But additional massages are 40 after that. I joined for this reason alone. I was soinv weekly massages at 60 an hour. Now i will save a rone of money. Only drawback i see ao far is its appointment based annd can fill up. Sometimes massages are i need one now vs I need one this week. Intro massage $50. So saved ten from the start. I look forward bto many fine massages in the near future.

Today was my second massage. The staff is very friendly and professional!!!! I plan on many more visits!

I get massages on a regular basis, and this massage exception it really was fantastic, I recommend you take a break from your busy week and get in for a quick massage
