Sessions include Therapeutic Massage as needed which targets specific areas of overuse, postural stress, and injuries using postural analysis, stretching, and other therapeutic modalities. Lea’s Thai based assisted stretching sessions are informed by deep knowledge of the body and are done fully clothed on the massage table.
