Sweet and spicy. Not to hot. Maybe a 6 on a scale from 1 to 10

This is our butcher shop we use to own called THE COUNTRY BUTCHER located in Downey Ca.

This is pretty hot. About an 8 on a scale from 1 to 10. We use fresh hobenaros, not chile flakes or powders like other jerky companies.
