I have mixed feelings about this place, which could be really great if the owners and management really cared and operated it well. The location is good and our room was large, clean and the bed was comfortable. On the other hand, the elevators did not operate property and the Internet connection was unreliable. There is considerable long term deferred maintenance of the facility: rotted wood, peeling paint, leaky faucets. Staff did their jobs with little enthusiasm or care. I felt that the owners do not want to spend money on having a nicer place or providing a better experience and that “ do the minimum” attitude carried through to the staff. I would stay elsewhere if visiting Baltimore again.

When checking in wasn’t given any information about the WiFi, parking or how the continental breakfast worked. Everytime you want to take anelevator it has to be called down to lobby. Roomwas huge but the carpet and furniture have seembetter days. Furniture layout was lacking for the huge room. Electric outlets were no where near furniture so charging electronics were on the floor. We had great views of the Harbour. This property is pet friendly with just a 75. fee. They offered us dog treats, water and doggy bags. Continental breakfast was a let down for the charge that it was. They offer happy hour which is a nice surprise. Would stay again because of location and being pet friendly.

The elevator did not work for our entire stay of 3 nights. There were at least three occasions when there was no one at the front desk to let us on the elevator. I had to call the front desk to get someone to show up. On one occasion I had to call multiple times. Outlets in the room were loose & faulty. The chargers kept getting dislodged & devices would not charge. And the charging block got so hot, we were afraid it would start a fire. At least one cabinet door was falling off the hinges. So we were not able to use the storage. Towels were like sandpaper. No exaggeration. The towels literally scratched our faces. We did request new towels which were better. No hot water on our last day. We could not take showers. The last straw!Ant the hotel manager T. Jackson did not even have the decency to respond to my email.

Worst hotel experience ever! The receptionist, Tito was extremely rude the entire time, they tried to charge us more than what we booked the rooms for, they never inputted our vehicle information even tho they said we were fine to park in the designated lot which resulted in a ticket AND the elevator did not work the entire time (we had someone that was handicapped!) The evening manager Dante never apologized for the hotels mistake and they threatened to cancel our reservations all together!Would NEVER stay here again, even if someone paid me $$$ to. Also the hotel failed to provide us with correct information about available Cots, lack of hot water and breakfast was awful, took 35 mins for an omelet we paid $20 for. The day receptionist Lineta was pleasant and Teyvone was a gentleman. Lack of communication with employees, rudeness and having e receptionist that can not communicate with customers (Tito) resulted in such an awful experience that resulted in a lost customer for life.
