Five Guys is part of a chain that started along the East Coast and after 20 years is just beginning to break into the meat savvy burger market of Texas. The first store is located within the Dallas Galleria Mall which has the Westin Hotel adjacent to it. The fries are thick wedges crisply fried in peanut oil. The burgers are simple, fast and inexpensive. With the ability to add your own toppings like sautéed mushrooms, green peppers and even A.1. Sauce, you're sure to find a combo to tempt the most finicky of palates.
