Best hotel ever!!! This was the second time that we have stayed there in the past five years. The staff awesome especially Sam. He was able to get us into the room earlier than expected and going out of his way to assist I was visiting my son with my granddaughter & great grandson. It was my great grandson’s first time ever in Seattle to meet his great uncle… who was celebrating his 41st birthday…Thanks Sam ….EVERYTHING was Awesome

MoreI had a sunny corner room on the top floor with a nice view of the city to the Southwest. The windows had sun shades and folding blackout shades for personal control. Lots of room to move around and the features were nicely organized into built-in cabinets. I really appreciated my complementary water bottle and the lobby water bar, where I could choose sparkling, still or hot water filling. Drinking tea is a regular part of my day, so this made me feel at home.

Rubber mat and grab bar located to aid getting in and out of shower, nice safety features. European style comforters. Night stands with outlets on both sides of the bed. Refillable soaps and lotions. Smart tv with enough channel options to watch sports or stream from your own subscriptions. Free chilled beverage and water bottle a plus! Cafe for quick breakfast. Restaurants within walking distance. Parking in their garage for a fee. Hospital rate. We will stay again.
