The room is bigger than holiday inn’s but with a much more affordable price. I’m definitely come back again in the future.

Overall, full of mold. Service from desk is not terrible, but that doesn’t do much when the building is still reeking of mold and mildew. To be fair, the building is right on the river, but my understanding is that our family shouldn’t have to deal with mold when visiting a hotel. We first were put on a room on the third floor, where the musty smell hits you when you walk in. We tried to get through it but our noses actually burned, We were moved to the 2nd floor where instead of mold, there was hair found at the bottom of the toilet and on the faucet of the sink. We just went to sleep, left early this morning, and are never going back. The service is okay but they seem like they have heard this complaint and don’t want to do anything about it as we were just moved to the second floor. This place has a great location and would do in a pinch, however there is another hotel across the parking lot I would suggest trying first. Good location, very uncomfortable stay

Great experience!! They listened when I asked questions when I booked and when I checked in knew what I was looking for. Exceptional service!! Clean hotel, great accommodations, friendly staff, good breakfast, clean and comfortable room. Highly recommend!! We will return.

My buddy and I was shocked at the condition of some areas. There was a strong musty smell in the hallways and rooms like mold, a desk worker confirmed there is mold found all the time!! and I actually saw areas on the ceiling and walls that looked like water damage had just been painted over. It didnt look like a good fix, the place is somewhere that was recommended to us and we won’t go back. We just stayed one night and it was very convenient for our plans and their locationOn top of that, you can see the employees are worked very harshly by management, It was uncomfortable and everything seemed like thrown together.Staff seemed overwhelmed and overworked, like they were running the whole hotel alone. They were doing their best, but it clearly wasnt enough support just by the looks and feel of itI won’t be coming back, there’s other hotels in the same location, and I’d recommend others think twice until this place gets cleaned up and management changes. It felt more stressful than relaxing and is full of mold

The room was really a good size and layout. Appreciated the refrigerator and having a couch in the room. Pool was ok. Breakfast got the job done but if I was staying more than one night I probably want to go else where after the first breakfast. The room cleanliness is what needs to be addressed. The bathroom had a very musty odor. There were a few spots where things were stuck on the walls of the bathroom and the floor had buildup of dirt or grease of some sort. Made me think a construction worker or oil field worker had stayed there. The white bedding had many small spots of staining. Everything smelled fresh on the bedding but the stains made it feel a little cringe.
