Our commitment is to provide structure, yet educational freedom, so all may find their own truth while incorporating "living Yoga" approach to their lives. Unique offerings of Hatha Gong, Off the Wall, Hatha Happy Hour, Yoga 101 - Foundations, Yoga Nidra, Ashtanga, and many others in our public program as well as 200, 600, & 800 Hour Yoga Teacher Training.
