Established in 2002 by Alex and Mondo Adams, Yellow Bird Music is a vibrant hub for children's music education in Santa Barbara. We are dedicated to fostering creativity, self-discovery, and a lifelong love of music in children from a very young age. Alex is a passionate music teacher with dual degrees in Music and Drama from UCSB, and she brings years of experience as a vocalist, guitarist, and songwriter to our programs. We offer a diverse range of classes and camps tailored to different age groups and developmental stages. Our classes include Chicks for ages 3-18 months, Tweets for ages 18 months-3 years, Birdies for ages 3-5 years, and Family Flock for all ages. For older children, ages 4-7, we offer specialized camps, such as our Musical Theater Camp, where campers develop singing, acting, and dancing skills. Each camp week concludes with a showcase, allowing children to proudly share their achievements. In addition to group classes and camps, we offer one-on-one music instruction for various instruments, ensuring personalized learning experiences that cater to each child's unique interests and abilities.
