The employees are dishonest and rude. We left 2 items hanging in the closet, and when we returned on the same day 4 hours later to get the items they couldn’t find them. After getting the run around from the manager Christine on several occasions, we never were able to get our items back. They blatantly lied and said they found the items and were mailing them, but they never came in the mail. The manger was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!Horrible Horrible Horrible Service! Dirty hotel, very unsanitary. Doors did not seal properly you could see light all around the doors. speaking of doors, They did not close on their own you have to pull them closed! For it being a non smoking hotel the smell of Marijuana and cigarette smoke in the hallways were ridiculous. it is a NO SMOKING establishment! Elevators were not clean. The hand rails in the stairwells were not stable and falling apart. very dangerous in case of an emergency.... Speaking of safety. The safety in the neighborhood of this establishment is very dangerous. numerous gunshots were heard throughout my stay. I would have rather stayed in the Culvers across the parking lot. This hotel did not have functioning Credit/Debit machines and they did not have enough Change on hand to break a $20 bill. who doesn't keep change for a 20 in a business? Newly Renovated? What a joke! The only thing that could've been newly renovated was the exterior getting new paint! Room security was not good. Sketchy area. I felt so relieved when I left. 11 Gunshots through out 3 days. Colleagues found underpants in their desk chair.... German cockeroaches crawling on the walls. Ridiculous We couldnt even get working key cards. *mic drop*

This place is terrible. We have 130 employees staying in hotel rooms on a every night basis. Spend a substantial amount of money for this. 365 nights a year. This is a run down piece of garbage. and we will be calling IHG.

Don’t stay at. Cockroaches running and place was trashed. Walked in and turned around and left. I wouldn’t ever let my worst enemy stay in this place. What a joke of a hotel name. I travel a lot for business and this by far is the worst.

UPDATE! IHG and the hotel did nothing to remedy the situation. All they have said is the hotel has been in constant communication which is a lie i have emails to prove it, and we have comp'd your room well rightly you should because of the bed bugs but as far as helping us or anything else to make the situation correct is awful and they have basically said go pound sand we are not doing anything else! Do yourself a favor and never stay at an IHG property, when things go wrong they will do the LEAST and they don't care about customers!This hotel and everything about it is a joke. They are unwilling to reimburse me for the crap they put my family thru. Needless to say they have made a bad situation worse! good JOB IHG,We are hear for a soccer tournament and needless to say this hotel put us in a less desirable situation. Well we found a crap ton of bed bugs around the bottom edge of our floor AND one was on the bed. we immediately picked all of our stuff up and even captured some of said bugs in a glass to take to the counter. Went down to the counter and told them we are leaving and want a full refund. By the response of the desk person it was almost like they knew there was a problem. i didn’t notice it but the other family that was with us noticed his “slip up”. Needless to say it’s 10:50 at night and we are at a laundry mat dry cleaning everything we own all the while trying to figure out how to get our son to sleep because he is still playing in a tournament in the morning. just do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel. realistically it needs completely sprayed not to mention it’s not in the best part of town.One more note the stench in this hotel ESP our room was aweful. it smelled like someone perfumed over cigarettes to make it smell like crap! STAY AWAY!!!!
