Poorly planned service. I landed here at Indy for Roche training, and immediately after landing and leaving the secure area I was told I’d have to wait 90 minutes for all of the other guests. I talked to Tracy and kindly asked for a comped meal or simply a second driver, to which she said this was unpredicted. I told her I understood but was extremely disappointed, only to have her hang up the phone. Not a great service. Very dissapointed.

My flight was delayed and rebooked so I ended up needing an airport pickup at 11pm instead of 6pm. No problem at all. I texted Aadvanced limo and they assured me they would be there and tracked my flight so they would be there when I got my bags. Shawna picked me up, was very friendly, and I enjoyed chatting with her on the 30 minute ride back to the hotel. Excellent service! A very pleasant end to a long, stressful travel day.

We had a very safe and wonderful trip to our hotel. John gave all kinds of good information about Indy to make our trip more fun. Thank you John Simon

Aadvanced was super easy to work with and the service was top notch. When the limo bus pulled up everyone was high fiving. The drivers were professionally dressed and were nothing but professional all night. We ended up going over on time and I just called the guys said no problem. Highly recommend using Aavanced !

Mohsin(Mo) our driver is excellent, punctual and friendly. Can’t think of a better way to enjoy a trip to the airport. After delayed travel, happy to see Mo waiting to take us home. Great experience.
