I went in to address a specific area that and had to ask the gentleman 3 times to please focus on it as well as asking for more pressure another 2 times to work out a knot in the muscle. It felt like more of pat down rather than a massage. Hardly any muscle work at all and for the first time ever I almost just asked him to stop. My first and last visit to Massage Envy!

My daughter purchased a facial from message envy for my Christmas gift. I booked my appointment and from the time I entered till the time I left everyone was genuinely respectful and kind. My esthetician, Roz was the BEST! Personable, professional, and warm would be my words to describe her. Due to my wonderful experience I will go back. The front desk informed me you can purchase packages for 3-5 visits and there is no time limit of expiration. This is a great alternative to the membership. Thank you Roz and team! : ) Rheta Gray

I have had 3 massages here, all with different therapist. If you can't go directly home and shower, don't go here. All 3 times I have left here feeling like I had been rubbed down with KY jelly. It was all in my hair and made my clothes stick to me. GROSS!If I had to rate my massages, KY aside, I would have given them a 3 or 4. But the fact that I can stop in here and then go about my day, like I normally do with other massages, makes it extremely inconvenient and not worth it. My husband has also been here and felt the same way.

I signed up for monthly facials. It's not fancy like a spa but is priced right for a good skin cleansing once a month.

Since changing to a desk job I have developed some posture related issues so I started going to Massage Envy on a monthly basis some time ago to get some work on the areas of concern.I was quite surprised at how good I felt the next day after my massage My soreness and joint pain has practically disappeared and my tension headaches are no longer a bother.. I have never been to other massage establishments in the US but have had them in many other counties where I have lived or worked so have nothing local to compare their service.. However from my first visit I was immediately impressed with the high level of service and care taken by the staff to enhance my experience each time. Even though they seem to always busy, you are always made welcome. Generally you have to book in advance for a massage. They do insist you are punctual and arrive 10 to 15 minutes early which I respect as it gives me some time to relax before the session. I find myself falling asleep towards the end of the massage which can be a little embarrassing if you snore.
