The new Grillsmith restaurant is a welcome addition to Carrollwood, due to its impressive variety of menu choices. As the name Grillsmith suggests, the most popular fare includes the Center-Cut Sirloin, Chimichurri Steak, and filet mignon, though signature dishes such as Tilapia Frangelico and Grouper Macademian make decisions difficult. Most dishes come with your choice of two side dishes, including the mouth-watering Jalapeno Mac and Cheese, and the servers are knowledgeable of good wine-pairings from the extensive wine list. Happy Hour is available every day until 7, so try a half-price Grillsmith margarita, made with fresh squeezed lime juice!
