Perfect ride and drinks. Views very nice

A fabulous trip with great views of the bay and fireworks. Avoided the crowds very nicely, and the boat was not over full. Overall, the trip offered very good value for money, and the staff came across as very friendly and obliging.Things did appear a little 'chaotic' at the start, and whereas there was a delay whilst taking photos, there was no obligation to make a purchase. The music was not really to our taste, and maybe more 'variety' for say the 'older' generation would have been welcome! Nonetheless, we had a great evening and the staff should be congratulated.

There was a teenage girl standing on top of my head and thought that was a karaoke bar, she had intolerable voice and screaming on top of her lungs, did not hear a thing guider tried to explain! Also, instead of 7:30 PM we departed at 8:15!!! I also had hard time finding aqua tour, people with shirt and the logo of aqua tour on sending me back and forth four time until i could find their damn booth!!!!

The view was so beautiful and I took so many photos, I also loved the tour from Helen she was the best tour guide ever and I recommend it to go visit.

I really enjoyed this tour guide, i loved the attention that they gave me and the drinks were so good and the most perfect was the view and I loved everything I recommended to all the people to go there and, the most I loved was Helen the Tour Guide who has the best service in Miami.
