Our coaches are dedicated to the foundations of CrossFit, constantly varied functional exercise performed with high intensity. The Atmosphere is one of support and camaraderie. Founded in 2005 by brothers Brent and Dan Colson, CrossFit Rockford is one of the earliest Affiliates. We have developed many individuals, athletes and teams to reach elite levels of fitness. We are located at 8174 Commerce Dr, Loves Park, IL in a 5500 square foot gym that is 100% CrossFit. Our belief is that CrossFit is the most effective way to get fit and be fit to handle the challenges of daily life. We challenge our members daily and enable them to do far more than they may have ever thought possible. Our focus is on increasing Strength Speed, Power, Endurance, Stamina, Flexibility, Coordination, Accuracy and Agility, which together define fitness. We pride ourselves on a strong community of individuals who are willing to work harder than most to achieve a higher level of fitness than most.
