Armed with a formidable reputation of it's big brother who has been making waves in Philadelphia, White Dog Cafe's second location in Wayne upholds the same values of organic and sustainable sourcing of ingredients that made it's first location, a force to reckon with. The focus on sourcing locally is pretty high with even their wines coming from American vineyards. Chef Zach Grainda offers a delightful menu of contemporary American specialties crafted from these high quality ingredients and it doesn't disappoint. The decor follows a more conventional vein and is slightly more upscale than its city counterpart. Bits of quirkiness still remain however, with unconventional wicker lanterns and dog themed artwork on the walls. Contemporary lighting choices give a very casual and comfortable vibe to the dining room. Group dining is possible and the restaurant has facilities for private functions as well.
