The Combine is the premier Strength and Conditioning facility and CrossFit affiliate in Austin. Our mission is to provide, educate, and train our community with rational and functional health and fitness principles, while having FUN! Anyone can do CrossFit! All of our workouts can be scaled up or down and our coaches can modify any movement for any activity level! CrossFit is for you if your goal is to be the fittest, healthiest and most functional person you've ever been. We are located in south Austin just a few minutes south of downtown. Our CrossFit coaches and fitness specialists hold gold standard credentials along with practical training experience ranging from youth to high school levels, up to collegiate and professional training backgrounds.
