Great lunch. Donald Duck, Mickey Mouse, the tuna tataki. And a dragon roll. Quick, easy, affordable and fresh. Great choice for an easy lunch.

Always careful when ordering seafood in UT, but Fuji Sushi is fresh and delicious. Their menu is vast, customer service great, and ambiance is casual and pleasant. This is a regular spot of ours.
