I have never in any part of the country visited found such a varied assortment of Asian-unique products, foods and spices – meats, fish, seafood and produce in such a culturally exceptional atmosphere! I would bet that if you want it, and they don’t have it, it doesn’t exist! This place is humongous, enormous, huge – yet incredibly clean and neat, with fantastic service, nice and helpful staff. You can actually visit to shop for groceries but end up having a meal (they have multiple establishments with varied offerings), getting some gift and nik-nak shopping taken care of, visit a dentist, get some international mailing done, make time for a foot massage or your hair done… and more! This is like visiting a province of multiple Asian cultures all at once. A Foodie paradise, you’ll find just about anything under the sun for your cooking needs in one place, amazing. Make plans and time to walk around awhile, you’ll be fascinated.

Mekong Plaza is a one stop shop for Asian grocery and eateries. The grocery (Mekong Supermarket) is well stock. There is also a fairly large Chinese restaurant (Mekong Palace) that serves authentic dim sum (during lunch) and Chinese cuisines. In addition there are lots of interesting mom and pop type eateries.

We walked around the plaza, but we went into three places. Mekong Palace, the gift shop, and the rolled ice cream shop. As an Asian person living in a part where there’s no Asian people, I was so pleased to find all three things I really liked from Asia in this plaza, Dimsum, Chinese/Asian gifts, and the rolled ice cream! Excellent stop.

We found this place and it is very interesting. We did some shopping there for a few groceries. The main draw were the restaurants. We tried on and will will review it. There were more that we would like to try in the future.

Sadly, we waited for over 50 minutes. We were given our sodas, and some dim sum - but no one to take our order.
